There is nothing to read here. The content is over there, to your right.

I may, however, at some point, put something here. Some day. Eventually. No pressure.

So. It's been a while, yeah?

Yeah.

Too much to recap in one post, so I'll just start with the fact that me and the family are all alive and healthy. Really, everything else is less important, right?

Right.

Things I'm Thinking About:

- I wonder if Katrina victims are pissed about not having yoga classes available at the Dome like the SoCal fire evacuees get.

- I have about 6 new, unread books sitting on the little table at the foot of my bed. They're dusty, even. Add to that the other few books that I'm (still!) partly halfway sorta starting and I'm left asking "wtf is wrong with me?"

- Shame on us. I'm too short for politics, otherwise I'd do something about it.

- Why hasn't Christopher Walken agreed to be Gore's running mate for '08?

- How many blogs are too many?

- If you're planning on doing a lot of your Christmas shopping online, consider buying from here or here. Make a little difference when you can.

Other stuff knocking about in my vast cranial wasteland but it can wait.

For the one or two readers out there that might have a clue what I'm talking about, you should know that I've officially added to my mantra of "Fuck it" to the more eloquent (if delusional) "Fuck it, I'm a sexy pirate!" It looks better on tshirts. Just sayin'.

What, you thought I'd be gone for a year and come back with content? Are you high?

I'm still drinking too much coffee, still smoking, still parenting without a clue and still wrecking myself with poetry, art, cheap wine, expensive vodka, close friends, lip gloss, music, cuddly puppies, and last but certainly not least, wrecking myself with you.

Oh, one last thing - Jared Leto is no longer my imaginary boyfriend. Criss Angel is SO in.

(Never let it be said I left out the important stuff)

soundtrack: The Roots - Seed 2.0 (6.3MB)
