Next week should be my last week of work. From here on out I either find work that contributes to who I want to be, or is so brain dead I can do worthwhile stuff like plot as I'm thusly engaged.

Neither type is likely to pay well, but that's okay at this point.

The current work in progess sputters and putters but won't quite die out. It's been in progress for 2-hour blocks on some Sunday evenings for a few months now. Not quite a month of Sundays, just the occasional Sunday evening. It'll need some serious cleaning up once I do get a draft done--which is in sight. I feel a few stirrings of excitement to have a story done, but to be honest right now I mostly feel tired.

Not too tired to repeat my mantra, though--no more living in the World of Must Do. Moving on out of the Land of Have To.
