And welcome to Sunday!

A pretty productive day. Maybe more in some departments than others, but still a day I feel pretty good about, work-wise. I got a very good start on the Office Spring Cleaning project. Oh, such a long way to go, but such a very good start. Let's hear it for inexpensive 18-gallon Rubbermaid tubs! I don't think I can go back to cardboard boxes.

So a lot of trash to haul out tonight for tomorrow's pickup. One of the hassles on living on the second floor is taking out the trash can be quite a chore. And the city of Providence requires we use these plastic rolling dumpsters for all trash. That's not so much the problem, but they can't sit on the sidewalk, which means every Sunday night I have to put them out to the street, and Monday take them back. Again, not a problem, until you learn that we have no driveway, but about 15 stone steps. Clunk, clunk, clunk, and over time it starts to break the stone and pavement a bit.

Ah well. Moan, moan, moan. It could be worse. My dad has to driver his trash to the dump in special trash bags he has to purchase. And it's not just one drop-off, but driving to various parts of the dump for different types of trash.

So it could be worse.

The upside is I'm getting work done. Setting up the projects and knocking them down. And tomorrow I should be able to continue to do so.

And all the while, the weather remains pleasant.

Hey, you want some good, simple laughs? Go watch the Disney flick Chicken Run. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know. It was still fun. And what was particularly nice was how it kept twisting. I tried to predict the next scene, and more often than not, wound up dead wrong.

So it's worth checking out.

Short entry today. I need to finish some uploads, then go take a short break. For today's link, I give you something from the "easier said than done" files: FlyLady.net - How to Declutter. Yeah... right.

Enjoy!
