It is 0141 or 1:41 in the morning. I have just gotten off of my shift. Just wanted to let you all know that we are all doing good things out here. We are going into the towns and passing out soccer balls, sundry items and candy for the kids. They are all begining to come over to our side slowly. Here in the west at least. They are still scared of the foreign fighters from across the border, but they are slowly begining to tell us where bombs and their makers are hidden. So, things are getting safer... in our area any how.

Well, just a note to let you all know I am alive and well... and a little exhausted! So, time to work out then go to bed! (Too hot to work out any other time)
