This morning I went to the magistrates office to file step 2 of the eviction. We were granted possession of the home, but the dirtbags wont leave. They informed us in a non polite way that they were given an extention by the judge.

So my husband, instead of taking their word for it, calls the magistrates office to only find out that they were NOT given an extention, and informed hubby that we needed to get in there immediately to get the constable to come and secure the home. UGH

So I spent the morning in the magistrates office waiting for the judge so he could sign the papers and assign us a constable.

I cant wait til he gets here and locks these jerks out.

After I got home from the magistrates office, low and behold (why am I surprised?) an unmarked police car was in front of the house, and the plain clothed cop was pounding on their door. As I was entering my side, the cop asks me if they are home, and I say loudly enough "oh, they just dont like to answer their door", so the officer asks me a few questions, which I answered honestly, not holding back anything, and talking in a normal voice, not trying to hide the fact to the neighbors that I was talking to him, and gee louise they finally open the door...

Their son was taken, seems he has broken curfew here a few times too many, and since they didnt pay their fines (big suprise there) their 11 year old son was taken to juvi hall

I hate that their kids are getting messed up by all of this, its truly unfair. Its not the kids fault that the parents are completely unfit, and I have been finding it difficult ignoring those same kids when they are outside playing in the neighborhood. So I havent been goin out with the neighborhood kids like I always do :(

I did take my lil man fishing last night at the river. He almost caught 2 fish (they were on the hook, but wiggled off just as we were reeling it in). He was so excited, and so cute about the whole thing. It is so gorgeous down by the river, except for the bugs. We were there the better part of 2 hours and he just had a blast casting and reeling in, he's getting very good in the short time he has been practicing. I will be going down next week to get my fishing license so I can legally fish with him! :)

I think I am going to go pound some nails and make some noise, the house is WAY too quiet today, besides, they are still sleeping next door (its 1:40 pm), and I dont want them being too comfortable in a place where they are not wanted!

Ta Ta!
