Seeing that I'm sitting here coughing, and knowing that I have to get some rest tomorrow, I'm going to sum up the past week in a short little list. More detail when I'm feeling up to it. Some of it I really want to blab on about.

• Got offer for Santa Monica job.
  
• Accepted the Santa Monica job.
  
• Attempted to complete final business dealing with old company.
  
• Had goo ddinner with friends. Tried something new. Mmmm... Steak Tartar.
  
• Got sick. (at first, thought it was the Steak Tartar)
  
• Stayed my ass in bed.
  
• *cough*
  
• Thought I was getting better.
  
• Went to Vegas Saturday.
  
• GuessI was wrong about getting better.
  
• Came home Sunday.
  
• *cough*
  
• Went to first day of work Monday.

  • I can see the ocean from the 3rd floor balcony!
    
  • A duck pond! With baby ducks! And a baby turtle!
    
  • Fresh fruit every day, pastries on Mondays and Bagels on Fridays.

• Corpse Bride sneak preview, very cool
  
• Second day of work today. A few coughs, but the day just flew by.
  
• Walked around the gardens and duck pond, checked on my baby turtle, snacked on fruit, read good documentation.
  
• I think I love my job.
