My new weight-loss program:

1) Sunday night: eat tainted food

2) Visit bathroom every hour or two during the next 24 hours (and take day off work to sleep)

3) No eating for 32 hours, except for a couple of spoonfulls of broth

Result: five pounds of weight gone! (Mostly water though)

Easy as pie, eh?
