=================================================

Location: Work.
Mistake: Going to Cheetah's with Austin.
Listening: "Round Of Blues" ~ Shawn Colvin.

So I went to Cheetah's, my favorite strip club in the city, with Austin last night. This was not a good idea for either of us, really, but especially not for
him. I'll elaborate at some point, but for now
suffice to say that it was fun, but raised
far too many ethical questions I don't think he's prepared to answer--and, to his frustration, I can't answer them for him.

Currently, I'm sitting here with a cup of coffee (the "no caffeine" thing wasn't working so well--the only restriction I've held completely
to so far is red meat, but I'm considering starting over today as I still have about two weeks until the Shabbat) and pegging through stacks of agreements to be processed. I'm making plans for the Fall
(and I'm thinking I'd rather saunter vaguely downwards...sorry) that are growing more and
more elaborate with each moment. Currently, the schedule looks a little like this:

Monday, Wednesday from 6:55-9:55 PM: French I at SMC.
Tuesday from 6:55-9:55 PM: Art History I at SMC.
Saturday or Sunday from 10:00-11:00 AM: Hunter/jumper classes at Traditional Equitation School.

Of course, this schedule is dependent on numerous factors (whether I still have my job at that point, how Peter's writing is progressing, if I can manage working full-time and carrying almost 10 units as well as going back to riding--and have enough time to spend at
home, etc.). So it looks like it's going to
be busy from the end of August on--which should
be good for me (and my prospects of getting into
Drew's Book History Master's program).

I'll also outline the weekend's activities when I elaborate on the Cheetah's episode, but for right now, I'll mention that I got Area One
tickets on Saturday morning. So the afternoon
after Peter returns from Pennsylvania, we're off
to see Moby, New Order, Paul Oakenfold, and
several others. It'll be my first full-scale
concert in more than a year, so I'm already
looking forward to it. Additionally, Tori
is putting out a new album "Strange Little
Girls" in September and touring this Fall
to support it--so I'll be seeing her again
after about three years. Looking like it's
going to be a good season for music.
