Yesterday I worked 18 hrs, I went to work at noon and got off at 6 this morning. The only call we had was a fire call, turned out to be nothing. The rest of the shift was uneventful. I came home this morning, went back out about 9am and bought dirt. Fifteen bags of dirt. John and I have been building a flower bed, so far we have used 60 40lb bags of dirt. I think we are finally finished adding dirt, now I just need to add plants. It’s going to be so pretty. I’m planting spring bulbs and summer perennials. I bought a birdbath for the center of the circle and we built a round wall with big blocks of concrete. Pictures will be on flicker when it’s finished.

Wayne came home for a couple of days over the weekend. I had not seen him since January. It was really good to see him. I took him shopping and he bought groceries, we bought his old textbooks for the eBay store.

I have been listening to the Dark Matter Trilogy, books on CD. They are really good books. Jodi got the series a number of years ago for Christmas from Tim. I tried to read the books, but just couldn’t get into them. I started listening to books on tape when I started driving an hour and 15 minutes to work. I only have to do this twice a week, if I had to do it everyday, I don’t think I would.

That’s all for now, I don’t suppose anyone would be interested to know I vacuumed or what I cooked for dinner…so I’ll stop for now.
