Okay, hearing much about apache helicopters crashing and marines from Camp Pendleton being in the thick of things has made me very nervous.

But we got a voicemail from our beloved Kody, and all is well. He has been in Japan, and his wife has been keeping him company for a while there too (which explains why she hadn't picked up or called back on my check ins to her) He sounded appreciative that we checked in on her.

She'll be back to California soon. Not sure when he comes back, but he seems occupied and likely will be involved if Korea tries anything, but not likely to be in Iraq.
